Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 2-5 business days of receiving payment via Media mail with a signature required. Please allow 10-14 business days for delivery. Please use the contact form to get in touch if you do not receive your shipment.

Please note that this website currently only accepts orders shipped within the contiguous United States. For more information on orders to Alaska and Hawaii, or international orders, please use the contact form.

Returns

Your support for Black Tropics is greatly appreciated and you are helping to support an independent author. Refunds are not given however please get in touch via the contact form within 14 days of receipt if your book arrives damaged. Replacement copies will be exchanged for damaged product with return tracked shipping cost paid by the purchaser.
